1. Pre-release software
Upshot is unfinished. It may crash, behave unexpectedly, or lose work. Keep copies of anything you care about, and do not rely on the beta for paid production work without a backup plan. The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, and Zero Eleven Labs Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from its use.
2. Confidentiality
The app, its features, and anything we share with you about it are confidential until we say otherwise. Please do not post screenshots, recordings, or descriptions publicly, and do not share builds with anyone. Talking about it privately with colleagues who are also in the beta is fine.
3. Feedback
Feedback, bug reports, and suggestions are the point of a beta. You give us permission to use them freely, without payment or credit, to improve Upshot. Your own storyboards and artwork remain entirely yours.
4. Access and ending the beta
Access is personal and we may add or remove testers at any time. The beta may pause or end without notice, and builds may expire. You can leave whenever you like by removing the app.
5. Apple and your data
Builds are distributed through TestFlight, so Apple's TestFlight terms also apply. What we collect and why is described in our privacy note.
